Because many of our products are handmade to order, processing times may vary.

Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. During busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be longer.

If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

SHIPPING METHODS

We ship orders throughout the United States using trusted carriers such as:

  • FedEx

Shipping carrier selection may vary based on package size, weight, and destination.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on qualifying purchases.

We proudly offer local delivery to select areas near Castleton, Vermont.

INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Concrete products are heavy and fragile. We carefully package every order to minimize the risk of damage during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item

  • Photos of the shipping box

  • Photos of the packaging materials

We will review the claim and work with you to determine an appropriate resolution.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Vermont Concrete is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.

Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly if delivery issues arise.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

At this time, Vermont Concrete ships only within the United States.
