RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for supporting Vermont Concrete. Each of our concrete statues, planters, and home décor items is handcrafted with care in Castleton, Vermont.
RETURNS
Because our products are handmade and often made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:
• Change of mind
• Ordering the wrong size
• Not reading product dimensions before purchase
• Color variations in stained or hand-finished items
• Natural variations in concrete texture and appearance
Please review all product descriptions, dimensions, and photos carefully before placing your order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
We take great care when packaging our products. However, if your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it free of charge.
To request a replacement for a damaged item, please email us at vermontconcrete802@gmail.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item
• Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials
Once reviewed, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is appropriate.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Vermont Concrete is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced.
Customers should contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delivery disputes.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless production has already begun.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may not be possible due to the handmade nature of our products.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable unless they arrive damaged.
LOCAL DELIVERY
Customers selecting local delivery should inspect items upon delivery. Any damage concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
